The Lalla Kenza site is published by the Lalla Kenza team, currently in the process of legal incorporation in Morocco. The information below will be updated with official references (commercial registry, ICE, share capital) upon registration.

The site is hosted by Netlify (United States) and the database by Supabase (Germany, EU infrastructure). User data for couples residing in Morocco is stored in a Supabase project in the Western Europe region to ensure law 09-08 compliance (data transfers).
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, source code) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Lalla Kenza, unless otherwise noted. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
The contract guides ( /outils/contrat) are made available free of charge under a personal-use licence — you can print them for your wedding but not republish them without agreement.
5. Personal data
Lalla Kenza processes personal data in compliance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data, and the European GDPR regulation for users residing in the European Union.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
