General terms of use

1. Purpose

These general terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Lalla Kenza service, a Moroccan wedding planning platform accessible at lallakenza.co (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Account creation

Registration is free and requires a valid email address. Each couple has a shared space: the first person to sign up can invite their partner by email to co-manage the wedding. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the actions taken from your account.

3. Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our privacy policy, compliant with GDPR (EU) and Moroccan law 09-08. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → My data.

4. User content

You retain ownership of any content you publish (guest list, photos, guestbook messages, descriptions, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive, limited licence to store, display and serve this content as part of the Service. You warrant that you have the necessary rights over the shared content (particularly guest photos and third-party contact details).

5. Prohibited behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited:

• use of the Service for illegal, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
• the dissemination of hateful, defamatory or unlawful content;
• automated scraping, mass data extraction or reverse engineering;
• impersonation of other users or of Lalla Kenza;
• unsolicited messaging to the contacts in your guest list.

6. Service availability

Lalla Kenza strives to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, particularly during maintenance operations. The Service is provided "as is" during the MVP phase, without any service-level commitment.

7. Liability

Lalla Kenza is not responsible for the commercial relationships established between couples and the vendors listed in the directory: quotes, contracts, payments and services fall exclusively under the parties involved. The platform is an organisation tool and does not replace a professional wedding planner.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → My data. Lalla Kenza may suspend or terminate access in case of manifest violation of these Terms, after email notification where possible.

9. Changes to the Terms

Lalla Kenza may update these Terms. Any material change will be notified to you by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall fall under the competent courts of Casablanca, unless contrary provisions apply to consumers residing in the European Union.
